Cottle septum speculum 6" narrow 75.0mm blades with set screw ebonized finish for reduced glare

Cottle Septum Speculum: Precision Visualization for Nasal Exams

The Cottle septum speculum is a specialized instrument designed to provide clear visualization of the nasal septum during clinical examinations. Featuring narrow 75.0mm blades, this tool allows healthcare providers to gently separate nasal structures without causing excessive trauma or discomfort to the patient. The ebonized finish on the handle significantly reduces glare from operating room lights, enhancing visibility and reducing eye strain for clinicians during prolonged procedures. This design ensures accurate assessment of septal alignment and pathology, making it an essential addition to otolaryngology and general clinic inventories.

• Visualizing the nasal septum during routine ENT examinations
• Assessing septal deviation or perforation in outpatient clinics
• Providing exposure for minor nasal interventions in ambulatory settings
• Reducing light reflection during detailed mucosal inspections
